Work

Prepackaged SaaS

A product form for software that more than one organisation can run: publishing, access, and the operating shape of an enterprise application. The work is the product itself, prepared for continued commercial use rather than assembled once and left.

Computer systems design

The structure before the code.

Systems design decides what exists, what it talks to, and what must remain stable when use grows. Custom programming follows that structure. The point is a system an organisation can actually operate.

Enterprise telecommunications

Paths that have to stay up.

Telecommunication solutions and the network infrastructure around them, for organisations that depend on voice, data, or signalling as part of daily operation.

Integration and maintenance

Enterprise API integration joins a product or platform to systems that already exist: identity, records, billing, or operational tools, according to the brief. The work is specific. It is not a generic connector dropped in and forgotten.

Maintenance and support begin once a system is in use. That can mean corrections, compatibility with what surrounds the software, and the operational help written into the engagement. Consulting and technical advisory sit beside this when the question is scope or risk, before a build or during one.

Cloud and high-load architecture belongs in the same conversation whenever the system is expected to keep serving as demand rises. Publishing a product without that conversation leaves the operating problem for later.
