Terms of Service
BOTIFY BOT LTD · Last updated 22 September 2026
These terms govern use of the website at https://botifybot.vip, operated by BOTIFY BOT LTD of Diamond Court, Water Street, Bakewell, DE45 1EW, United Kingdom. They apply to visitors and to anyone who sends an enquiry through the site. They do not, by themselves, appoint us to design, publish, or support a system. Commissioned work is governed by the Terms and Conditions once a contract exists. Privacy and cookies are covered by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
1. The site
The site describes software publishing and product development, computer systems design, media streaming platforms, custom software programming, prepackaged software and enterprise software, telecommunication solutions, social and interactive media networks, cloud and high-load architecture, network infrastructure management, IT consulting and technical advisory, enterprise API integration, and system maintenance and support. The description is general. It is not a quotation, a warranty that a particular result can be achieved, or an offer that you can accept merely by using the site.
We may change, suspend, or remove pages without notice when we update the description of the business or when we need to repair the site. We do not promise that every page will be available at every moment, or that the layout on every device will match a screenshot you saved earlier.
2. Using the site
You may read the pages, follow the links to our email address and telephone number, and send a genuine enquiry. You may not misuse the site. Misuse includes attempting to interfere with the server, probing for vulnerabilities without our written agreement, sending malware, overloading the form with automated submissions, or using the mail handler to add recipients we did not intend. You may not copy the site in order to present it as your own, and you may not scrape it in a way that degrades the service for others.
You must not use the form to send unlawful content, to harass any person, or to submit personal data you are not entitled to share. If we reasonably believe a submission breaks these terms, we may ignore it and, where the law allows, keep a security log of the attempt as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. No account and no payment on the site
The site does not create a user account, a licence to software, or a subscription. It does not take card details or other payment. Any fee for work is agreed in a contract, not by clicking a button on these pages. An acknowledgement that a message was sent is not an acceptance of a project and not a confirmation that we will reply within a particular time.
4. Enquiries
Forms ask for a name, an email address, and a message. Those fields must be completed truthfully. The message is delivered by email to it.team@botifybot.vip when the server accepts it. If you do not see the acknowledgement page, do not treat the message as received. You may also write to that address directly or call +44 7891 837264. We read genuine business enquiries and decide whether to respond. We are not obliged to accept every request for work.
Do not include passwords, private keys, or live personal data about your users in a website form. A proposal, if we make one, will say what information is needed and how it should be sent.
5. Intellectual property
The text, layout, photographs, and graphics on the site are owned by BOTIFY BOT LTD or used with permission. You may view them in a browser and may print or save a reasonable extract for your own internal reference. You may not republish the pages, sell them, or remove notices. Trade marks and the company name may not be used to imply a partnership or an endorsement that does not exist. Nothing on the site assigns intellectual property in any software we may later build. That subject is dealt with in the Terms and Conditions and in the contract for the work.
If you send us material in an enquiry, you confirm that you have the right to send it for the purpose of the enquiry. Sending it does not transfer ownership to us, and it does not give us a right to publish it. We may use it to reply and to prepare a proposal, and we will treat it as confidential business information where the Terms and Conditions say so.
6. Accuracy
We take care with the company details published on the site: the name BOTIFY BOT LTD, the address in Bakewell, the telephone number, the email address, and the description of the kinds of work the company undertakes. The site does not publish a company number, a VAT number, named clients, testimonials, or performance figures, and you should not infer any of those from the design of the pages. Service descriptions are outlines. The scope of a real engagement is whatever a written contract states.
7. Third-party links and typefaces
The site links to our own legal pages and, in the Privacy Policy, to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Those destinations have their own terms. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts so that the pages can be read as designed. If that service is unavailable, the browser uses a fallback. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not operate.
8. Liability for use of the website
The site is provided for general information. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties that the site is fit for a particular purpose you have not agreed with us in a contract. We are not liable for loss arising only from the fact that a page was unavailable, that a draft enquiry was lost before it reached us, or that you relied on a general description without a contract. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that the law of England and Wales does not allow us to exclude. Those limits apply to use of the website. Liability for commissioned work is set out in the Terms and Conditions and may be refined in a signed contract.
9. Privacy and cookies
Submitting a form involves personal data. The Privacy Policy explains the purposes, the lawful bases, the retention periods, and your rights. The Cookie Policy explains the single preference cookie named bb_notice. These terms do not override those policies on those subjects.
10. Suspension
We may suspend access to the site, or to the form, if we reasonably need to do so for maintenance, security, or legal compliance. We will restore access when the reason has passed, unless the law requires a longer restriction. Suspension of the website does not, by itself, end a separate contract for services that is already in force.
11. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about use of the website, subject to any right you have as a consumer that the law says cannot be waived. The site is aimed at organisations. If you are using it as a consumer, mandatory consumer protections still apply where they are relevant, but the pages are not designed as a consumer shop.
Questions about these terms: BOTIFY BOT LTD, Diamond Court, Water Street, Bakewell, DE45 1EW, United Kingdom, it.team@botifybot.vip, +44 7891 837264.
12. Acceptable reliance
You may rely on the company name, the Bakewell address, the telephone number, and the email address as the published contact details for BOTIFY BOT LTD. You may not rely on the site as a promise of availability, of a particular technology stack, or of a price. Prices, dates, and technical commitments belong in a proposal or a contract. If a sentence on a project page and a sentence in these terms differ on the subject of website use, these terms prevail for that subject.
13. Evidence and records
A screenshot of the site is not a specification. If you need to rely on a description of work, ask for it in a proposal or a contract. We may keep server logs and enquiry emails as described in the Privacy Policy. Those records are for operating the site and answering you, not a promise that every click is archived for your later use.
14. Entire agreement for the website
Reading a page, saving a private copy for your own internal reference, or sending one enquiry does not create a support retainer. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement about use of the website. They do not record a project, a price, or a licence to software. If you need those, they belong in a contract under the Terms and Conditions. Each party agrees that it has not relied on a statement about the website that is not written in these terms, except that this sentence does not exclude liability for fraud.
15. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date. The new version applies to use of the site after it is posted. A contract for services that is already in force continues on its own terms. If a sentence in these terms conflicts with the Terms and Conditions about a signed engagement, the signed engagement and the Terms and Conditions govern that engagement, and these terms continue to govern the website.
